Hi, So, I was looking at foods with lots of lutein that both Kale and Spinach, the two foods with the most lutein, both have exceptionally high Vitamin K doses. I looked into this, and found on bb.com that excessive Vitamin K is.............bad...... It said that it's hard for it to become toxic, but I intend to have a high-lutein food almost every day. How much vitamin k is too much? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=695906Animated Video Explainers
